Director, Total Rewards

Role: Lead the design, implementation, and management of Nurix's total rewards programs, including compensation, incentives, equity, and benefits, to support organizational growth and competitiveness. Responsibilities: partner with leadership to oversee annual compensation cycles, conduct market benchmarking, ensure pay equity and regulatory compliance; manage health/welfare, retirement, and wellness benefits; lead vendor negotiations; develop communication and training strategies; collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR Ops on budget, legal, and system enhancements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 8-10+ years in compensation/benefits, with 3-5+ years in a leadership role; experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences preferred; strong expertise in equity compensation structures (RSUs, Stock Options, ESPP); analytical skills; high discretion; proven in fast-growth environments. High-Value: biotech/pharma industry, clinical-stage or commercial, compensation & benefits leadership, equity plans, compliance with ERISA/ACA, experience with HRIS systems.
