Director, Thought Leader Liaison Northeast

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Thought Leader Liaison to lead field marketing efforts, including Key Opinion Leader identification and management, speaker bureau management, and local/regional patient advocacy engagements.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage KOL (Key Opinion Leader) healthcare providers
- Gather market insights on the current disease management landscape
- Manage speaker bureau activities (HCP speaker identification, engagement, training, and content creation)
- Support HCP and patient congress engagements, including KOL interactions with company leadership
- Support and execute strategic marketing initiatives
- Proactively interact with KOLs to validate and optimize brand strategies
- Collaborate on development of HCP and patient marketing materials
- Partner with local/regional advocacy groups to coordinate community engagement webinars

Requirements/Qualifications:
- 7+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience (or institutional customer focus)
- Field marketing or HCP marketing experience
- Deep healthcare industry knowledge, specifically institutional accounts
- Experience in hematology, transplant, rheumatology, and infectious disease (preferred)
- Proven success managing Key Opinion Leaders and complex accounts
- Track record meeting/exceeding business KPIs
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and market trends
- Experience with Veeva and CRM/sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel up to ~75%

Pay/Benefits:
- Base salary range: $184,000–$245,000; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
