Director/Associate Director, Thought Leader Engagement – Head & Neck Oncology

Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead national thought leader engagement strategy for pre-launch/potential launch of petosemtamab.
- Build/maintain relationships with Head & Neck Oncology KOLs, Medical Experts, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor clinical/scientific/market trends impacting petosemtamab adoption.
- Serve as primary Genmab contact for external thought leaders in Head & Neck Oncology.
- Plan and execute engagement at major oncology and Head & Neck scientific congresses/conferences.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate members of the petosemtamab speaker bureau per policies/regulations.
- Deliver a KYSO customer experience via coordinated β€œOne Genmab” model across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
- Gather/synthesize insights to inform brand strategy, launch planning, and customer engagement.
- Share field insights with cross-functional stakeholders; lead initiatives, manage priorities, timelines, agency partners, and budgets.
- Ensure activities meet applicable legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years (Director) or 8+ years (Associate Director) relevant pharma/biotech experience.
- Significant oncology experience in marketing, sales, account management, thought leader engagement, medical affairs, or similar customer-facing role.
- Proven relationships with senior external stakeholders (KOLs/MEs); insight synthesis and strategic translation.
- Cross-functional leadership/influence without authority; strong communication/presentation/executive influence.
- Knowledge of oncology commercialization and healthcare professional engagement compliance.
- Travel ~50%–60%.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD, etc.).
- Head & Neck Oncology experience (esp. HNSCC); established KOL/ME relationships.
- Thought leader engagement/liaison/KOL engagement experience; launch/pre-launch experience.
- Speaker training/evaluation; advisory boards/peer-to-peer/congress engagement.
