Director/Associate Director, Thought Leader Engagement – Head & Neck Oncology

Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead national thought leader engagement strategy supporting pre-launch and potential launch of petosemtamab.
- Build and maintain relationships with national/regional Head & Neck Oncology KOLs, Medical Experts, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor Head & Neck Oncology trends (clinical/scientific/market) affecting petosemtamab adoption.
- Serve as primary Genmab contact for leading KOLs and Medical Experts in the community.
- Plan and execute thought leader engagement at major oncology/Head & Neck scientific congresses, conferences, and key meetings.
- Identify, recruit, train, and evaluate members of the petosemtamab speaker bureau in line with applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver a KYSO customer experience via a coordinated One Genmab approach across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
- Gather/synthesize insights to inform brand strategy, launch planning, customer engagement, and execution.
- Establish processes for sharing field insights with cross-functional stakeholders; build alignment across teams.
- Lead initiatives and manage priorities, timelines, agency partners, and budgets.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Director: 10+ years; Associate Director: 8+ years relevant pharma/biotech experience.
- Significant oncology experience in marketing, sales, account management, thought leader engagement, medical affairs, or similar customer-facing role.
- Experience building relationships with KOLs/Medical Experts/senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate customer/market insights into actionable strategy.
- Understanding of oncology commercialization and customer engagement; academic/community stakeholder roles.
- Cross-functional leadership and influence without direct authority.
- Strong communication/presentation/relationship-management/executive-influence skills.
- Knowledge of legal/regulatory/compliance requirements for healthcare professional engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel ~50%–60%.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/MS/PharmD/PhD or related graduate degree.
- Direct Head & Neck Oncology experience (incl. head and neck squamous cell carcinoma).
- Established KOL/Medical Expert relationships; prior thought leader engagement role.
- Oncology launch/pre-launch experience; speaker training; advisory boards/congress/peer-to-peer programs.
- Knowledge of treatment pathways, multidisciplinary care teams, referral networks.
- Experience in high-growth/emerging biotech; for Director level, leadership of national initiatives and mentoring.

Application/Compensation note: Proposed U.S. salary band $211,200–$316,800; additional discretionary bonuses/long-term incentives may apply.
