The Role
- Director of Thought Leader Engagement (field-based marketing) responsible for strategic engagement with Gynecologic Oncology (Gyn/Onc) Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Medical Experts (MEs) across the United States.
- Supports the launch of Rina-S by generating strategic insights that inform brand strategy, launch readiness, and long-term customer engagement.
- Coordinates a One Genmab engagement model to deliver a KYSO (Knock Your Socks Off) customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead national thought leader engagement strategy for pre-launch and launch of Rina-S.
- Build and maintain relationships with national and regional Gyn/Onc KOLs.
- Identify gynecologic oncology trends impacting Rina-S adoption.
- Serve as primary Genmab contact for KOLs and Medical Experts.
- Lead planning for thought leader engagement at major oncology congresses and scientific meetings.
- Identify, train, and evaluate the Rina-S speaker bureau.
- Deliver KYSO experience via coordinated One Genmab approach across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
- Translate thought leader insights into brand and launch strategy.
- Build cross-functional partnerships; manage initiatives, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years in Oncology sales/marketing/medical affairs/account management (8+ years for Associate Director).
- Strongly preferred: 5+ years direct Gyn/Onc thought leader engagement or people leadership (Director level); otherwise consider AD level.
- Preferred: relationships with national/regional Gyn/Onc KOLs; oncology launch experience.
- Strong understanding of gynecologic oncology treatment landscape; strategic, cross-functional leadership; excellent communication/presentation.
- Travel: 2–3 nights/week domestically, occasional weekends.
