Position Summary:
Director of Talent Acquisition Enablement (TA Enablement) leads operational excellence across Talent Acquisition, overseeing product managers and analysts to deliver measurable impact through process optimization and digital solutions, improving candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a multi-year TA transformation roadmap (process redesign, operating model evolution, technology modernization).
- Improve recruiter effectiveness, candidate experience, time-to-fill, and NPS.
- Drive adoption of new tools/processes/ways of working; redefine team roles and responsibilities.
- Serve as a change champion; foster a high-performing team during transformation.
- Design, implement, and adopt AI-focused talent technology solutions; lead technology enhancements from stakeholder feedback.
- Oversee BAU operational design/support with continuous process improvement.
- Redesign and standardize end-to-end recruiting processes globally (consistency, compliance, scalability).
- Monitor and report KPIs; build relationships with People/IT/business units/vendors as SME.
- Mentor team members; support multiple transformation teams; lead effectively with/without direct authority.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorโs degree (HR/Business Admin or related); advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in Talent Acquisition/HR Ops; 4+ years in leadership.
- Proven change leadership, operational improvement, and technology implementation.
- Experience with HRIT; knowledge of HR tech platforms (Workday Recruiting, Paradox, Eightfold) and process optimization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder and project management skills; hands-on AI-driven tools/digital transformation; strong analytical, metrics-driven mindset.
