Director / Senior Director Payer Marketing

Role: Lead U.S. payer marketing strategy for MoonLake's biopharma portfolio, focusing on product access and reimbursement support. Responsibilities: develop payer value propositions, create and manage payer-facing materials (PIE, AMCP dossiers, field tools), conduct payer research, lead HEOR efforts, and ensure cross-functional alignment with Legal, Regulatory, and Medical teams pre- and post-launch. Engage in initiatives to improve patient access, train field teams, and monitor coverage KPIs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (MSc, MBA, PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred. At least 5 years of experience in U.S. market access or payer strategy, with a proven track record in dossier creation and supporting product launches, especially in immunology or rare disease areas. Skills: deep understanding of U.S. payer landscape (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial), familiarity with MLR and compliance standards, strong project management and collaboration skills. High-Value: focus on immunology/rare diseases, late-stage development or post-approval access strategies, experience with AMCP and HEOR, and supporting launches of innovative biologics or nanobody therapeutics.
