Responsibilities: design and evolve talent management frameworks (performance, succession, career pathways), foster a culture of continuous feedback via modern tech, lead change management initiatives, and coordinate strategic communication for organizational programs. Requirements: 8+ years in OD, Talent Management, or HR, with proven success in scaling talent programs and leading enterprise change efforts; experience with platforms like Workday or Culture Amp and leveraging analytics; ideally in biotech, life sciences, or innovation sectors. Preferred: advanced HR or change management certifications, experience with Prosci or Kotter methodologies.
