Role: Senior HR Business Partner for Xenon's Commercial team, focusing on sales and marketing organizational strategy and launch readiness. Responsibilities: advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and scaling initiatives; support HR activities related to product launches; coordinate cross-functional launch activities across HR functions; develop and implement talent and capability development plans; promote a collaborative, inclusive culture; and ensure HR policies align with business needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years in HR leadership or Business Partner roles within biotech/pharma; experience supporting commercial functions during product launches and organizational growth; strong business acumen; proven influencing, coaching, and relationship skills; track record in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
