Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the U.S. risk and control register for assigned business function groupings.
- Facilitate annual risk and control assessments, including calibration of residual risk scores with cross-functional stakeholders and business advisors.
- Evaluate key risk indicators (KRIs) during risk assessment and calibration for robust, data-driven risk scoring.
- Establish and conduct annual testing plans to evaluate control effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Conduct deep-dive risk analyses to generate functional risk insights and support business partnering.
- Track and report action plans for ineffective controls and high-risk areas to ensure timely โreduceโ plans and mitigation.
- Collaborate with business advisor teams to enhance risk calibration and compliance health dashboards.
- Partner with Risk & Assurance Enablement to define technology/analytics/reporting requirements supporting integrated risk management.
- Support continuous improvement of risk management using data and technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ yearsโ experience in risk management, healthcare compliance, or assurance (pharma/healthcare preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; experience with risk assessments and controls testing.
- Cross-functional collaboration; familiarity with risk management platforms and data analytics tools.

- Required onsite in East Hanover, NJ office 3x/week.
