Director Regional Payer Accounts Pacific Northwest

Role: Lead regional payer account strategy and execution for Bayer in the Pacific Northwest, focusing on optimizing product access, reimbursement, and policy engagement. Responsibilities: develop and implement customer engagement strategies; manage relationships with Regional Payers and PBMs; drive profitable access and favorable policies through commercialization and lifecycle management; collaborate with field teams, National Accounts, and internal stakeholders to foster alignment; lead cross-functional Mission Teams to address access needs; represent Bayer at industry events.
