Position Summary
Director of Regional Marketing โ€“ Northeast. Drive commercialization of Crineticsโ€™ pipeline (initial focus: Paltusotine in Acromegaly; potential second indication: Carcinoid syndrome). Field-based marketing role serving as key contact to national/regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and executing regional marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Serve as key commercial point of contact for National and Regional KOLs
- Identify/map academic and community KOLs and referral patterns; engage next-tier (Emerging/Digital) KOLs
- Understand regional/KOL practice patterns and unmet needs in Acromegaly
- Support regional advisory boards (recruitment, planning, vendor coordination)
- Develop/manage KOL engagement plans and drive Paltusotine advocacy post-FDA approval
- Gather KOL feedback on education and promotional tools/strategies
- Tailor national brand strategies to local market dynamics
- Manage and execute regional marketing programs (non-personal promotions, local sponsorships) and oversee budget
- Lead/support speaker bureau recruitment & speaker training; develop peer-peer content and patient event materials with Patient Marketing
- Lead congress presence/engagement and coordinate cross-functionally (medical, sales, marketing)
- Provide in-market insights post-approval; collaborate with field sales, National Account Directors, and Regional Reimbursement Directors
- Coordinate compliantly with field medical affairs; ensure regulatory/legal compliance; monitor competition

Required / Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; 15 years combined sales/marketing/account management (biopharma)
- Preferred: Rare disease or Endocrinology experience
- Required: KOL identification/development/engagement (speaker bureau and/or advisory board management)
- Required: Product launch planning + accelerating brand uptake; cross-functional collaboration; strong external/internal stakeholder relationships
- Required: Communication/presentation, project management, lead/influence without authority, integrity & compliance, innovative thinking

- Salary range: $192,000โ€“$240,000; target annual bonus; stock options; ESPP; 401k match; health insurance; 20 days PTO; 10 paid holidays; winter shutdown
