Regional Marketing Lead (RML) β Field-based (East Region, USA)
What youβll do:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key academic and community thought leaders in assigned geography; support engagement with KOLs/investigators/external stakeholders.
- Gather, synthesize, and communicate marketplace insights; identify opportunities to strengthen presence in melanoma/ocular oncology.
- Partner with Commercial Strategy & Marketing on launch planning/execution; develop regional strategic plans; provide regional insights for segmentation, targeting, messaging, and account planning; support launch readiness initiatives.
- Support speaker identification/onboarding; execute peer-to-peer education/advisory boards; manage budget/vendors; support regional marketing and educational campaigns.
- Support congress planning and onsite engagement (e.g., ASCO, ESMO) and coordinate stakeholder interactions/insight capture.
- Partner cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Training, Sales, Commercial Ops) to ensure compliant, coordinated engagement; significant U.S. travel (minimum 50%).
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years biotechnology/pharmaceutical experience (oncology focus preferred).
- Experience in one or more: brand marketing; thought leader engagement; field strategy/Sales; commercial launch planning; market development.
- Preferred: KOL engagement in oncology/rare oncology; new oncology product launch experience.
- Demonstrated relationship-building with oncology thought leaders; excellence in oncology commercialization/launch execution/business planning; strong communication/collaboration/strategic thinking; extensive travel.
Total Rewards / Benefits (selected):
- Expected salary range: $196,000β$242,000; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, ESPP, wellness; pay-for-performance incentives and possible stock option awards.
