Director of Regional Logistics Operations US
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional logistics team while fostering collaboration and accountability
- Execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, trade/customs requirements, and GxP standards; monitor logistics performance metrics and control costs to meet budgets and service levels
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives while resolving structural or operational challenges effectively
- Manage third-party logistics partners to ensure optimal service delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of proven experience in biopharmaceutical logistics operations, including leadership roles in biologics supply chain or trade/customs
- Expertise in controlled transportation, cold-chain management, international business practices, and inventory management
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for building organizations through processes, systems development, and people management
Preferred qualifications:
- SAP experience
- Lean Black Belt certification or APICS/CPM Certification
Expected Pay Range (US): $168,100/year to $268,700/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity
