Director, People Operations

Role: The Director of People Operations leads Dyne's HR operational strategy, focusing on onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits, compliance, vendor management, reporting, and process optimization. Responsibilities: oversee day-to-day HR functions, execute annual HR programs, manage HR technology platforms (notably ADP Workforce Now), enhance onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, ensure HR compliance, and drive automation and process improvements. Serve as a key partner across HR, legal, finance, and external vendors, and lead the development of scalable, data-driven HR operations supporting Dyne’s growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR or related; 10+ years in HR operations, preferably within biotech or high-growth settings, with deep experience in HRIS, ATS, automation, and compliance. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills essential.
