Director, People Experience, Digital

Role: People Experience (PX) Director partnering with global Digital leaders to develop workforce strategies, drive transformation, and enhance employee engagement. Responsibilities: deliver practical PX solutions aligned with business priorities like cost optimization, digital transformation, and organizational change; coach leadership and managers; lead engagement and culture initiatives; oversee talent planning, succession, and career development; leverage workforce analytics, AI, and digital tools to inform strategies; coordinate with regional PX teams and Centers of Excellence; manage organizational matters and employee relations. Requirements: BS/BA; 8+ years in HR, PX, or talent roles within large, global organizations, preferably in pharma or related industries; strong strategic and operational skills; proficient with data, AI, and digital solutions; experience managing change, organizational transformation, and cross-functional influence. Preferred: client-facing experience, leading indirect teams. High-Value: focus on digital transformation, workforce analytics, employee engagement, talent development, and regional/global coordination within a pharmaceutical or related industry context.
