Director, People Experience, Digital

Role: People Experience (PX) Director partnering with digital leaders to develop workforce strategies, drive transformation, and enhance employee engagement in a global organization. Responsibilities: deliver practical PX solutions aligned with business priorities such as cost optimization and digital transformation; coach leadership and managers; lead engagement and cultural initiatives; manage talent planning, succession, and career development; utilize workforce analytics, AI, and digital tools; collaborate with regional PX teams and Centers of Excellence; handle operational HR matters and employee relations. Requirements: BS/BA (advanced degree a plus); 8+ years in HR, PX, or talent roles within large, preferably biopharma or related industries; strong strategic and hands-on skills; experienced in data-driven strategies, organizational change, and digital solutions; proficient in talent development and employee engagement.
