Director, People & Culture

Role: Director, People & Culture, responsible for shaping and strengthening Zevra Therapeutics' organizational culture, leadership development, and employee experience within a biopharma setting. Responsibilities: partner with senior leadership to foster engagement, implement talent programs, leverage workforce data for insights, enhance organizational effectiveness, and advise on employee relations; drive performance management, succession planning, and change initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including within biotech or pharma; proven success in culture building, talent development, and organizational effectiveness; experience in fast-paced, evolving environments; strong HRIS, workforce analytics, employment law knowledge; excellent communication and coaching skills. Preferred: experience in publicly traded biotech/pharma companies, and in scaling organizations through growth and change. HighValue: healthcare/biotech industry experience, experience within small-to-mid-sized biotech or pharma companies, and focus on leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Work setup: onsite at Boston HQ, 4 days/week.
