Director, People Business Partner

Role: HR Business Partner focused on strategic talent management and organizational development within Acadia Pharmaceuticals' biopharma setting. Responsibilities: build effective relationships with leadership and employees; advise on HR and organizational issues; develop talent strategies including succession planning; oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives; support change management; participate in compensation program design. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years progressively responsible HR experience, including 6+ years in leadership roles; prior biotech or pharma industry experience preferred. High-Value: experience in biotech/pharma HR, talent planning, employee relations, and organizational development; familiarity with federal and state employment law; ability to influence senior management; travel up to 10%, primarily domestic; based in Princeton, NJ, with a hybrid work model.
