Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, revise, and maintain PDM’s network strategies for clinical & commercial manufacturing; codify existing strategies, define operating principles, and formulate new network strategies based on business/organizational needs.
- Lead strategic analysis and option evaluations as an internal consultant; present recommendations to the PDM Leadership Team and outside of PDM.
- Conduct key analyses, stakeholder interviews, and external benchmarking to support recommendations and identify opportunities to enhance PDM’s delivery.
- Build out PDM strategies aligned with corporate goals; act as a relationship-builder and communicator to strengthen connectivity within PDM and across Gilead.

Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years with BS/BA OR 10+ years with MS/MA or MBA.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years relevant experience, or master’s/PhD/MD with 10+ years relevant experience.
- 3+ years at a top-tier consulting firm or in a similar role developing manufacturing/technical development strategy in bio-pharma.
- Experience in biotech/pharma with cross-functional collaboration and leadership; strong business acumen.
- Ability to deliver strategic analysis and options affecting global manufacturing/development effectiveness.
- Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams; strong process orientation and understanding of multinational supply chains/geopolitical factors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to lead amid ambiguity, prioritize, multi-task, and influence without direct reporting.
- Strong communication skills to synthesize complex situations and facilitate resolution.
