Summary Description
- Manage the US Payroll Team and Global Stock Team to ensure timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll and off-cycle stock payrolls.
- Lead payroll reconciliations, review stock initiatives, support SOX reviews and analysis, and facilitate project work with other groups and business partners.
- Manage quarterly and annual information requests (Corporate Tax, Property Tax, Benefits, Global Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Talent Acquisition, Data Security, Internal Audit, Global Security, and HR business partners).

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of payroll; ensure processing timelines are met.
- Maintain internal payroll controls; apply correct procedures, policies, and rules.
- Ensure ACA compliance with Benefits coordination for updates and year-end filing.
- Apply Regular Rate of Pay calculations and Meal Premiums; manage garnishments and data security/record retention.
- Lead year-end processes; complete quarterly/annual tax reconciliations and W-2/W-2C issuance across jurisdictions.
- Lead special projects (Workers Comp audit, 401k audit, audit requests, data security requests, legal requests).
- Support SOX inquiries with internal/external auditors (system security, employee changes, new hire onboarding).
- Manage vendor data integration feeds with the payroll service.
- Manage ADP Bridge testing/support with HR Technical and IT for Oracle Fusion patch testing.
- Support bi-annual ESPP purchase, contract management, and reporting.

Education/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance (or business subject) with payroll experience preferred.
- APA/Payroll Org membership and CPP required.
- 10+ years payroll processing experience (preferably manufacturing); regular rate of pay experience.
- Project management, account analysis, employment tax/tax amendments, SOX analysis, audit management, payroll/time & attendance reporting/analysis.
- Ability to produce SOPs and support cross-training; lead projects and speak to larger groups.

EHS
- Support environmental protection, injury prevention, and continual improvement of EHS systems.
- Identify hazards, report incidents, and participate in EHS initiatives/training.
