Director, Patient Support Strategy & Operations (Hybrid)

Role: Director of Patient Support Strategy & Operations responsible for developing and scaling patient access and support programs for upcoming and ongoing product launches. Core responsibilities include designing patient support initiatives such as Patient Access Hub services, affordability programs, and provider support pathways; managing day-to-day operations and vendor relations; and driving continuous improvement through data-driven performance metrics. Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal standards, and collaborates cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical, Legal, Compliance, and other teams to align access strategies with business goals. Qualifications: BS/BA with 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech patient support, access, reimbursement, or specialty pharmacy; proven ability to launch and manage hybrid hub models and affordability programs; experience with vendor management and specialty/rare disease therapeutics preferred. Skills: deep expertise in reimbursement, HUB operations, and compliance regulations; strong knowledge of U.S. payer systems (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial); stakeholder management, data analytics, and excellent communication skills required.
