Role: Develop and execute patient support strategies across the patient journey for Pfizer's Specialty Care therapies, ensuring programs meet patient and provider needs while aligning with product and business objectives. Responsibilities include designing comprehensive support programs, managing copay and affordability initiatives, overseeing hub services and operations, and optimizing vendor partnerships. The role involves monitoring healthcare landscape trends, translating insights into strategic actions, and integrating support solutions with marketing and cross-functional teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in biopharma patient services strategy or related fields; strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Preferred: experience with vendor management, product launch support, and understanding of access/adherence in therapeutic areas.
