Director, Patient Services & Field Reimbursement

Role: Director, Patient Services & Field Reimbursement Strategy, leading the design and execution of patient access programs across co-pay, hub services, and reimbursement channels in the US market. Responsibilities: optimize the patient journey from prescription to therapy persistence by managing field reimbursement teams, third-party vendors, and business rules; improve access, reduce therapy abandonment, streamline prior authorizations, and enhance long-term adherence; develop scalable, patient-centric access pathways; oversee vendor SLAs and performance; collaborate with sales, marketing, and other functions to support product launches and access strategies; and ensure compliance with regulations. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 12–15+ years in pharma/biotech market access, patient services, or reimbursement; proven leadership in patient access programs, vendor management, and cross-functional teams; strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills; experience building field-based reimbursement teams preferred.
