Preferred skills include deep knowledge of payer dynamics, complex reimbursement pathways, and rare disease or HAE experience. The candidate must have strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with a patient-centric approach and ability to travel frequently. High-value specifics include expertise in infusion-based therapies, cell and gene therapy, and regulatory compliance in a highly specialized therapeutic area at a post-approval or launch stage.
