The Position
- Strategic HR leader and member of the R&D P&O Leadership Team, executing the P&O agenda globally and driving operational excellence for Global R&D Sites in US, UK, and China.
- Lead HR Business Partners and P&O professionals (including P&O Site Leads); collaborate across R&D globally.
- Set and execute strategic P&O plans anchored in R&D and Global P&O strategy.
- Drive: organizational development & effectiveness; strategic workforce management; change management; diversity & inclusion; talent management & development; culture & engagement.
- Lead P&O teams across global sites; serve as role models of NN Way; design and execute plans aligned with labor law, governance, and standards; improve efficiency, scalability, and agility.
- Anticipate/manage/communicate organizational needs and complex people issues.
- US P&O Site Lead + leader of P&O Site Leads: oversee P&O site operations (onboarding/offboarding, benefits fair, visa management, assignments, training, government reporting); ensure compliant processes; execute site HR projects with CoEs; support leadership development, staffing, employee relations, and performance processes.
- Manage financial performance (budget oversight, risk/contingency); lead HRBP perspective for US R&D M&A integrations.
- Provide HR Business Partnering as needed (Annual Wheel/P&O processes, culture/engagement, ODE effectiveness, talent attraction/development, change management).
Qualifications
- BA/BS (Business Admin/HR or related); MA/MS/MBA preferred; PHR/SPHR preferred.
- 10+ years progressively increasing HR experience (pharma preferred); 5+ years supervisory HR experience.
- Proven HRBP track record; broad HR generalist expertise (OD, change, performance development, coaching, org design, talent assessment, workforce planning); strong business acumen, analytics, influence, and decision-making.
- International collaboration network.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Base salary: $200,000β$290,000; bonus eligibility; long-term incentives/vehicles (role-dependent).
