Director, Organizational Learning & Development

Role: Director of Organizational Learning & Development at a biopharma company developing RNAi-based therapeutics. Primary objectives include designing and implementing enterprise-wide training strategies to ensure compliance, technical proficiency, and organizational growth across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions. Responsibilities encompass developing onboarding and technical training programs, managing GxP compliance training (GMP, GLP, GCP), collaborating with SMEs for content creation, and evaluating innovative training methodologies. The role entails managing external vendors, ensuring training compliance during audits, and continuously improving training systems through needs assessments and benchmarking. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Education, or related; 8+ years in training with 3–5 years in biotech/pharma leadership; strong knowledge of GxP regulations, instructional design, and LMS platforms like Veeva Vault, Cornerstone. Preferred: Master’s or PhD, certifications in instructional design or quality systems, experience in GMP manufacturing, and familiarity with adult learning and data analytics. High-value specifics include working in a high-tech RNAi biotech environment, with responsibilities supporting GxP compliance, regulatory audits, and enterprise training initiatives. The position is full-time, on-site, with locations in Pasadena, CA, or Verona, WI.
