Role Responsibilities:
- Own an Oncology portfolio of strategic initiatives; define objectives, success metrics, interdependencies, milestones.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams with clear charters and operating cadence.
- Drive decision quality by structuring complex problems, developing scenarios, and facilitating executive decisions.
- Establish governance and business rhythm (e.g., steering committees, decision reviews, initiative KPIs) with timely escalations.
- Create execution roadmaps, remove blockers, and coordinate with functional owners/external partners.
- Champion change management and communications to build buy-in and adoption.
- Influence without authority; align teams to shared outcomes.
- Synthesize cross-program data to identify patterns and recommend course corrections.
- Codify and scale best practices; improve initiative management methods/tools.
- Uphold compliance and quality standards.
- May lead a small team of specialized AI professionals.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences/engineering/business or related field; advanced degree (MBA/MS/PharmD/PhD) plus.
- 10+ years in biopharma/healthcare strategy execution, program/portfolio management, or operations.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Proven ability to operate under ambiguity and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong structured problem-solving, financial/analytical skills, and executive-ready communication.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from discovery through execution.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBB/equivalent consulting experience focused on biopharma/oncology strategy and/or transformation.
- Oncology experience across Clinical Development, Medical, Commercial, or Regulatory.
- Experience assessing/leading AI initiatives in life sciences.
- Knowledge of the Chinese biotech ecosystem.
- Ability to scale pilot projects into broader solutions.

Travel/Compensation & Benefits:
- Business travel up to 20%.
- Base salary: $176,600–$294,300; bonus target 20% of base; eligibility for share-based long-term incentives.
