Key Accountabilities
- Report to Senior Director, International Markets Medical Engagement Excellence (MedEngageX).
- Partner with global medical strategy planning (Pumitamig/Thoracic Cancers Asset Indication Medical Strategy teams) to develop and leverage medical insights and align engagement priorities via Medical Engagement Leads.
- Facilitate pull-through of medical strategies/initiatives to field medical teams for aligned, coordinated customer engagement.
- Partner with WW Medical and WW Medical Learning on scientific narrative(s), Patient Outcome Imperatives (POIs), medical communication topics (MCTs), and insights.
- Lead/enable global Fast Insight Review (FIRe) teams and Insights to Action, evolving the process with AI-enabled tools.
- Coordinate field enablement and support for priority studies with Global Drug Development, HEOR, and Medical Evidence Generation.
- Optimize, innovate, and standardize deliverables and ways of working across therapeutic areas.

Strategy & Execution
- Accountable for FM therapeutic area strategies and guidance; shape disease-area insights; define MCGs/POIs/pMCTs/pICs.
- Develop strategy for global FIRe forums; ensure timely follow-up.
- Drive FM communications/training plans, congress support, thought leader channel selection, and customer engagement value.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- PhD/MD/PharmD and 5+ years in Medical Affairs (pharma/biotech) required.
- Global/above-market experience preferred; strong oncology (solid tumor) preferred.
- Ability to lead in a matrixed, international organization; strategic/analytical skills using advanced analytics/AI tools; strong written/verbal communication in English.
- Advanced presentation skills; regulatory policy/guidance knowledge for medical communications.
- Proficiency training/communicating large audiences; travel up to 20%.

Compensation & Benefits (explicit)
- Salary range: $204,200–$247,437 (Madison/Giralda and Princeton, NJ).
