Director of Oncology US Market Access Marketing, ETENTA

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for ETENTA marketing vision, strategies, plans, and resource investment (One for All AbbVie mindset).
- Develop value propositions by articulating business strategy and economic choices for each stakeholder.
- Act as a Market Access contact for Oncology leadership regarding Plan, LBE, LRP, and other financial & planning processes.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, GPO Marketing, Trade Marketing, payer/GPO account teams, Market Access Insights, Medical Payer Strategy, Legal, and Ethics/compliance.
- Lead market access marketing strategy across payer channels (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and other access segments) and key account/community oncology channels.
- Coordinate alignment across US Market Access channel/policy partners, Oncology Commercial Organization, and US Medical Affairs.
- Serve as US Market Access and reimbursement subject matter expert; provide input to Pipeline Market Access team and participate in relevant Value and Access Teams (VATs).
- Shape value stories, tools, and customer engagement approaches for payer, provider, institution, government, and community stakeholders; leverage data/analytics.
- Use coaching to influence cross-functional partners; employ scenario planning, segmentation, positioning, innovation, creative development, and investment optimization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical experience (cross-functional incl. field sales, finance, market analytics, brand marketing valued).
- Experience with pharmaceutical marketing principles/practices, including strategic planning, market research, and regulatory environment understanding.
- Strong communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally and build stakeholder relationships.
- Optimistic, inquisitive, solution-oriented; drives results independently.

Preferred:
- Advanced degree/Masters in related healthcare field.
- Market Access in Multiple Myeloma/Hematology experience.
- Commercialization of physician-administered oncolytics.
- Experience in Medical Benefit and reimbursement.
- Experience in external collaboration.
