Director of Oncology US Market Access Marketing, ETENTA

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide leadership and direction for Marketing vision, strategies, plans, and resource investment for ETENTA, using a โ€œOne for All AbbVieโ€ mindset.
- Build value propositions by articulating business strategy and economic choices for each stakeholder.
- Act as a Market Access contact for Oncology leadership relative to Plan, LBE, LRP and other financial & planning processes.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, GPO Marketing, Trade Marketing, Payer and GPO account teams, Market Access Insights, Medical Payer Strategy, Legal, and Office of Ethics & compliance.
- Set tone and priorities; influence and persuade external and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as US Market Access and reimbursement subject matter expert; provide input to Pipeline Market Access team and participate in relevant product Value and Access Teams (VATs).
- Infuse AbbVie Ways of Working and Talent Philosophy; use coaching to influence cross-functional partners.
- Determine appropriate action, execution, tracking, and monitoring using scenario planning, segmentation, positioning, innovation, creative development, and investment optimization.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s Degree required.
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience with cross-functional experience (e.g., field sales, finance, market analytics, brand marketing).
- Pharmaceutical marketing principles/practices; ability to develop strategic plans, conduct/interpret market research, and understand regulatory environment.
- Strong communication skills; cross-functional teamwork; stakeholder relationship building in matrix environments.
- Optimistic, inquisitive, solution-oriented; able to drive results independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree/Masters in a related healthcare field.
- Market Access in Multiple Myeloma/Hematology experience.
- Commercialization of physician-administered oncolytics.
- Experience in Medical Benefit and reimbursement.
- Experience in external collaboration.
