Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate US omnichannel orchestration capabilities for Next-Best Experience (NBE) for patients and Next-Best Action (NBA) for healthcare providers.
- Define and develop US omnichannel orchestration vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities aligned to US commercial priorities.
- Establish and lead a multi-year roadmap; prioritize capabilities by business need/impact, scalability, and feasibility.
- Set up and manage omnichannel governance with stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely implementation.
- Drive implementation of NBE/NBA capabilities with functional and technology partners.
- Set up and stabilize foundational patient NBE data & analytics capabilities.
- Lead development of ML/AI decision engine to predict optimal 4C-mix (customers, channels, content, cadence) for personalized campaigns.
- Integrate patient & HCP decision engines to enhance coordination across activation tactics.
- Build cross-functional alignment across US Digital & AI strategy/ops, Commercial Insights, Analytics/operations, Commercial IT, and Global Decision Science/Data management.
- Ensure clear operating model across business and technology teams; partner with IT to deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead end-to-end delivery; define quarterly priorities/milestones; tie capabilities to measurable value; act as escalation point.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorβs + 12 years OR Masterβs + 10 years OR PhD + 8 years.
Preferred Qualifications (selected)
- 10+ years pharma commercial experience; strong analytical & communication skills.
- Deep expertise building omnichannel orchestration/AI-ML decision engines for HCP/patient campaigns.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (claims, engagement from sales/marketing/support).
- Proven navigation across commercial data, analytics, and technology environments.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $210,375.00β$272,250.00; may include discretionary bonus/long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
