What Youโ€™ll Do:
- Lead portfolio and financial governance for Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) and Cybersecurity, with clear decision rights, operational rigor, and transparent reporting.
- Drive integrated portfolio planning; maintain prioritization frameworks and roadmaps aligned to business and risk outcomes.
- Facilitate recurring portfolio/operational reviews (capacity, risk, technical dependencies, overall health).
- Monitor critical infrastructure and cybersecurity programs; escalate and remove roadblocks.
- Conduct delivery health checks and executive readouts to ensure committed scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes.
- Operate a governed intake process evaluating business justification, risk impact, operational dependencies, and capacity constraints.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 12+ years in IT with experience across projects/programs/portfolios; 4+ years implementing complex, cross-functional solutions.
- Experience leading large, multi-workstream portfolios and governance in enterprise/regulated settings.
- Knowledge of agile/iterative/waterfall delivery, portfolio tooling, and financial stewardship.
- Strong executive presence and influence over prioritization and accountable decision-making.
- Experience managing large systems integration partners and blended internal/external teams.
- Experience managing teams of 5+ people.

Preferred Skills:
- Enterprise technology and cyber risk reduction strategies.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust, network modernization, and cloud migration.
- Ability to facilitate operational performance reviews and technical dependency assessments.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Base compensation range: $182,000.00โ€“$250,000.00.
- Eligible for short- and long-term incentives.
