Main Responsibilities
- Lead annual brand planning cycle for patient support programs: situation analysis, strategic prioritization, and business case development.
- Communicate strategy within brand planning; conduct market/landscape/performance reviews.
- Present recommendations to Commercial Leadership; secure alignment on direction and resourcing.
- Serve as Brand Leadership point of contact for the rare hematology/oncology portfolio; ensure integration of patient support programs into brand strategy, commercial execution, and field activities.
- Build and lead HemAssist/CareAssist messaging strategy: consistency across patient/HCP/field/digital touchpoints; develop guidelines; co-lead strategy with Hemophilia and content/asset leads; ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with Medical Affairs.
- Own Plan of Action (POA) planning: cross-functional coordination, development of field tools/materials, monitoring adoption/effectiveness.
- Lead congress strategic planning and post-event analysis/follow-up.
- Lead Voice of Customer (VOC): research design, journey mapping, differentiation insights, and ongoing landscape intelligence.
- Own budget strategy, resource allocation, and ROI analysis with Finance; track spend and variances.
- Manage key vendor partnerships and QBRs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related); MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical brand marketing, commercial strategy, or patient support services.
- Experience leading brand planning and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial operations (brand management, sales execution, market access).
- Messaging strategy/content experience for patient/caregiver/HCP audiences; proven partnership and influence skills.
- Customer research, competitive intelligence, and market analysis experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Rare disease/hematology/oncology experience; familiarity with patient support hub services.
- Congress planning, patient advocacy, vendor experience, and strong analytics.
