Discover Your Role
- Provide commercial leadership to shape strategic vision, program strategy, value proposition, and development plan for early and pre-launch programs.
- Communicate commercial perspective to development leadership as part of cross-functional Strategic Program Teams.
- Lead commercial deliverables across development stages (e.g., target product profile (TPP), positioning/key claims, brand naming, launch readiness, lifecycle optimization).
- Collaborate with marketing research, analytics, strategic analysis, and competitive intelligence to drive insights, decision-making, and forecasting.
- Provide commercial input on device, formulation, dosing frequency, packaging, distribution channel, and other product attributes.
- Contribute to clinical trial design via endpoint selection/prioritization to support competitive claims.
- Partner with Market Access and HEOR to build differentiated value propositions and indication prioritizations for optimal US and international access.
- Develop commercialization plans with Marketing, Access, Insights, Medical, Communications, Legal, Regulatory, and Sales.
- Present to commercial and development leadership as needed.
- Support business development (diligence and commercial case development).

This Role Requires
- 12+ years pharma/biotech experience; at least 10 years pharma marketing and/or related commercial experience.
- Strong preference for experience in new product commercialization/launching pharma/biotech products.
- Scientific acumen in immunology/inflammation and/or obesity; working knowledge of legal/regulatory environment.
- Plus: consulting/investment analysis, health economics & outcomes research (or related).
- Ability to lead/influence cross-functionally; strong learning agility; translate complex data into recommendations.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; manages multiple priorities.
- Entrepreneurial; strong written/verbal communication.
