Position Summary
The Director – Molecular Science Liaisons will establish and lead a team of Molecular Science Liaisons (MSLs) who communicate the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external clients (e.g., physicians, scientists, and oncology KOLs) primarily through face-to-face discussions.

Job Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the MSL team; recommend national staffing plans.
- Create and coordinate MSL training and enablement to ensure up-to-date technology education.
- Track MSL activity and customer interactions.
- Serve as a conduit between the medical community and Caris for product feedback and medical community needs (patient care, research, clinical trials, therapeutic approaches).
- Conduct medical/scientific education; present clinical data and educational materials to physician sites and/or conferences.
- Promote CMI across the U.S.; support/present at molecular tumor boards.
- Read scientific/technical literature for customer engagement.
- Support special projects; assist field training for contracted speakers (Speaker’s Bureau) and act as a field trainer.
- Deliver regional speaking engagements; attend regional/national tradeshows and sales meetings.
- Provide commercial input/review of marketing materials.

Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular/cellular biology (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of management experience.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Experience in pharmaceuticals/commercial lab; customer/sales experience.
- Creative problem-solving; independent judgment; self-motivation/drive.
- Strong interpersonal skills; teamwork, communication, and customer-service focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
- Drive for results (service/quality/continuous improvement).
