Position Summary
The Director - Molecular Science Liaisons will establish and lead a team of Molecular Science Liaisons (MSLs) who communicate the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external clients (physicians, scientists, and other interested parties), primarily through face-to-face discussions with oncology KOLs.

Job Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the MSL team.
- Recommend national staffing plans.
- Create and coordinate training/enablement so MSLs have up-to-date technology education.
- Track MSL activity and customer interactions.
- Serve as a conduit between the medical community and Caris for product/needs feedback to enhance patient care, research, clinical trials, and therapeutic approaches.
- Conduct medical/scientific education for the field organization.
- Present clinical data/educational materials to physician sites and/or conferences (regionally or nationally).
- Attend POA/commercial pitch and other relationship onsite meetings.
- Promote CMI to physician sites across the United States.
- Support/present at molecular tumor board meetings.
- Read/understand scientific and technical literature for customer engagement.
- Support special projects; assist with speaker bureau training and serve as a field trainer.
- Deliver regional speaking engagements; attend tradeshows and sales meetings.
- Provide commercial input/review of marketing materials.

Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.D. in biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular/cellular biology (or equivalent).
- 3+ years of management experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial experience (pharmaceuticals/commercial lab).
- Field experience with customers and/or sales organization.
- Creative problem-solving; sound judgment.
- Self-motivation; strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
