Position Summary
- Establish and lead a team of Molecular Science Liaisons (MSLs). Communicate the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external clients (physicians, scientists, KOLs), primarily via face-to-face discussions.

Job Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the MSL team.
- Recommend national staffing plans.
- Create and coordinate MSL training and enablement plans to ensure current technology education.
- Track MSL activity and customer interactions.
- Serve as a conduit between the medical community and Caris regarding products and medical needs (patient care, research, clinical trials, therapeutic approaches).
- Conduct medical/scientific education and support for the field organization to increase presence and awareness.
- Present clinical data and educational materials to physician sites and/or conferences (regionally or nationally).
- Attend POA/Commercial pitch meetings and onsite relationship development meetings.
- Promote CMI to physician sites across the U.S. (as required).
- Support and present at molecular tumor board meetings.
- Read and understand scientific/technical literature for customer engagement.
- Assist with related duties/special projects.
- Assist in training contracted speakers (Caris Speaker’s Bureau) and function as a field trainer.
- Participate in regional/national speaking, trade shows, and sales meetings; provide commercial input/review of marketing materials.

Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.D. in biological sciences related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular/cellular biology (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of management experience.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Commercial experience (pharmaceuticals or commercial lab) and prior field/customer/sales experience.
- Creative, independent judgment; self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet use.
- Drive for results (service/quality/continuous improvement), strong verbal/written communication, teamwork, and customer service focus.

Required Training
- Job-specific, safety, and compliance training assigned by role functions.

Other
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
