Position Summary
- Establish and lead a team of Molecular Science Liaisons (MSLs). Communicate the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external clients (physicians, scientists, KOLs), primarily through face-to-face discussions.

Job Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the MSL team; recommend national staffing plans.
- Create and coordinate training/enablement to ensure up-to-date technology education.
- Track MSL activity and customer interactions.
- Act as a conduit between the medical community and Caris regarding products and needs to enhance patient care, research, clinical trials, and therapeutic approaches.
- Conduct medical/scientific education to support field presence and market awareness.
- Present clinical data and educational materials at physician sites and/or conferences (regionally or nationally).
- Attend POA/Commercial pitch meetings and other relationship meetings.
- Promote CMI to physician sites across the U.S.; support and present at molecular tumor boards.
- Read and understand scientific/technical literature for customer engagement.
- Support special projects; assist with speaker training (Caris Speaker’s Bureau); function as field trainer.
- Deliver regional speaking engagements; attend select regional/national tradeshows and sales meetings.
- Provide commercial input/review of marketing materials.

Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular/cellular biology (or equivalent training/experience).
- 3+ years of management experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceuticals/commercial lab; prior customer/sales organization field experience.
- Creative, independent, self-motivated; strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter in fast-paced deadline-driven environments; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
- Strong communication, teamwork, customer service focus.

Required Training
- Complete job-specific, safety, and compliance training assigned by role.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
