Position Summary
- Establish and lead a team of Molecular Science Liaisons (MSLs) to communicate the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external clients (physicians, scientists, KOLs) through primarily face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the MSL team.
- Recommend national staffing plans.
- Create and coordinate training and enablement to keep MSLs current on company technology.
- Track MSL activity and customer interactions.
- Serve as a conduit between the medical community and Caris Life Sciences on products and needs to enhance patient care, research developments, clinical trials, and therapeutic approaches.
- Conduct medical/scientific education to support field organization and increase presence/market awareness.
- Present clinical data and educational materials to physician sites and/or conferences (regional or national).
- Attend POA/commercial pitch meetings and other relationship-building onsite meetings.
- Promote CMI to physician sites across the U.S.
- Support/present at molecular tumor boards.
- Read and understand scientific/technical literature for customer engagement.
- Support special projects as needed; assist field training for contracted speakers (Speaker’s Bureau) and function as a field trainer.
- Participate in regional/national speaking engagements, select tradeshows, and sales meetings; provide commercial input/review of marketing materials.

Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular/cellular biology (or equivalent training/experience).
- 3+ years of management experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharma/commercial lab environments; prior field experience with customers and/or sales.
- Creative problem-solving, independent sound judgment, self-motivation.
- Strong interpersonal skills; self-starter in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
- Demonstrated drive for results, communication skills, teamwork, and customer-service focus.

Required Training
- Job-specific, safety, and compliance training assigned based on job functions.

Other
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel regularly.
