Director Medical Value and Outcomes Liaison, National

Role: Lead medical value and outcomes strategy for dermatology products within Medical Affairs, focusing on demonstrating clinical, economic, and humanistic value to payers, HCPs, and HCOs. Responsibilities: develop and execute evidence generation plans, foster relationships with key opinion leaders and payers, support formulary and market access activities, and create compelling value communications and tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment with product lifecycle strategies. Requirements: advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) in health sciences or health economics; at least 7 years in health economics, outcomes research, or medical affairs, with a focus on dermatology preferred. Skills: strong stakeholder engagement, ability to translate complex data into impactful narratives, leadership, and excellent communication skills; proficiency with HEOR tools, digital platforms, and knowledge of U.S. healthcare system and payer dynamics.
