Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the medical engagement strategy for US IDN health system & population health stakeholders, including educational initiatives, content, tools, and resources.
- Develop and implement population health initiatives to improve quality of care and health outcomes.
- Create non-CME medical education programming, including partnerships with professional societies (e.g., AMCP, ASHP).
- Drive innovation in customer engagement using AI, digital technologies, and emerging platforms to personalize content and improve the customer journey.
- Serve as Population Health & therapeutic area subject matter expert for strategic payer/customer engagements; represent MVO at payer and scientific congresses.
- Lead content strategy alignment with TA scientific communication plans; manage content workflow (MedHub/vendor) and maintain content libraries.
- Coordinate Early Scientific Dialogue consultancies and integrate insights into evidence generation plans.
- Build payer medical consultant panels and insight/analytics initiatives; contribute to integrated evidence generation and evidence gap analysis.
- Manage field MVO team integration, field support/training, review of payer-facing resources (as needed), and define performance/impact measures.
- Plan and manage program budgets; ensure compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, MS, etc.) required; MBA/business background a plus.
- Specialty care therapeutic area experience (immunology, neurology, oncology, rare blood disorders).
- Deep knowledge of US healthcare delivery dynamics; strong business acumen.
- 3+ years in pharma; 2+ years in medical strategy, content development/design, and scientific communications.
Skills/Preferred:
- Omnichannel scientific content development; storytelling, design, written/verbal/presentation.
- Adult learning principles; planning/project management; analytical and detail-oriented.
- Microsoft O365 and content creation tools; AI/digital tech knowledge.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., Veeva CRM/CLM/PromoMats).
- Travel ~20β25% required.
