Main Responsibilities:
- Develop the medical engagement strategy for US IDN health systems and population health stakeholders (insight generation, population health initiatives, scientific content, non-CME education).
- Lead non-CME medical education, including partnerships with professional societies.
- Serve as Population Health & QI subject matter expert; act as TA subject matter expert for scientific engagement with strategic accounts and at payer/scientific congresses.
- Drive innovation in customer engagement using AI, digital technologies, and omnichannel approaches; tailor content to stakeholder needs.
- Manage content workflows (MedHub/vendor review and library), coordinate with internal teams to optimize content and experiences, and provide field support/training.
- Lead early scientific dialogue consultancies; ensure insights feed into integrated evidence generation.
- Develop payer medical consultant panel/insight analytics; support local payer publications and healthcare economic information SRDs; review economic models/BIMs/dossiers/tools.
- Plan and manage budgets; ensure compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, MS, etc.) required; MBA a plus.
- Specialty care therapeutic area experience (immunology, neurology, oncology, rare blood disorders).
- Deep understanding of US healthcare delivery dynamics.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical industry; 2+ years in medical strategy/content/communications.
Skills:
- Omnichannel/scientific content development; storytelling, design, written/verbal/presentation.
- Adult learning application; strong planning/project management; analytical/detail oriented; MS O365 and content creation; knowledge of AI/digital tech.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., Veeva CRM/CLM/PromoMats).
