Role: Lead Market Access and Medical Policy strategy for Caris's oncology diagnostics portfolio, focusing on payer engagement, evidence generation, and policy advocacy. Responsibilities: monitor and analyze payer policies, communicate implications, develop evidence plans and value propositions, advocate with stakeholders including Medical Directors, and support legislative initiatives to enhance coverage and access. Collaborate across Medical Affairs, HEOR, Government Affairs, and commercial teams to align strategies and influence reimbursement pathways. Requirements: advanced clinical/scientific degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD), 7+ years in medical policy or market access within biotech, diagnostics, or healthcare, with proven experience engaging payers and understanding US healthcare reimbursement systems. HighValue: oncology diagnostics, genomic profiling, payer engagement, evidence generation, health policy advocacy, familiarity with Lab Benefit Management and digital health, and real-world evidence.
