Director, Medical Payer Strategy, Eye Care and Neurotoxins

Role: Lead the development and execution of medical payer strategies within Eye Care and Neurotoxins, focusing on market access, health economics, and scientific pathways across access channels (payer, IDN, GPO). Objectives: Support and align medical affairs, commercial, HEOR, and clinical teams to optimize product access and reimbursement. Responsibilities: Develop strategic resources, lead RWE initiatives, create educational materials, and represent AbbVie at industry forums; collaborate on global gaps assessments and integrate evidence plans; ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards. Qualifications: PhD, PharmD, PA, or NP with 8+ years in pharma, particularly in managed care, pharmacoeconomics, or related fields; leadership experience in cross-functional teams; expertise in Eye Care or Neuroscience preferred.
