Role: Associate Director, Medical Strategy (Reports to Senior Director of Medical Affairs)

Responsibilities:
- Support development and execution of annual Medical Affairs strategic and tactical plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Clinical, Commercial, Regulatory, Field Medical) to align scientific and business objectives.
- Operationalize Medical Affairs activities (advisory boards, symposia, scientific congress planning, educational initiatives).
- Contribute to Promotional Review Committee (PRC) and Medical Review Committee (MRC) for scientific accuracy, compliance, and medical strategy alignment.
- Plan and implement Investigator-Sponsored Research (ISR) program (proposal review, internal evaluations, investigator communication).
- Partner with Clinical Development to integrate HCP insights and support clinical trial design/execution.
- Work with Commercial on compliant strategy alignment; support promotional materials (slide decks, FAQs, internal training).
- Develop/maintain Medical Affairs processes, SOPs, and guidance documents.
- Gather/synthesize/share scientific and clinical insights from KOL interactions, advisory boards, and conferences.
- Assist with vendor oversight and budget management for assigned initiatives.

Qualifications:
- PharmD, PhD, MD (or equivalent) required.
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech or related industries; 3+ years in Medical Affairs preferred.
- Experience contributing to medical strategy with strong operational/execution skills.
- Oncology experience required; solid tumor experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience: advisory boards, PRC/MRC, and ISR programs.
- Cross-functional experience with Clinical and Commercial.
- Strong project management and scientific communication skills.
- Up to 25% domestic (and possibly international) travel.
