Major Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the global MHI Data & Analytics strategy, operating model, and capability roadmap, including managing analyst team, prioritization, and long-term capability development.
- Serve as senior Data & Analytics partner to MHI and connect with enterprise DnA leaders to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, platforms, and business priorities.
- Own global MHI data management strategy across internal/external sources: future-state architecture, integration with existing platforms, and evolution of the data ecosystem.
- Lead data/infrastructure work for key priorities (e.g., Care Gap Engagement Model, mACE, LOOP) to enable execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Own MHI data governance and standards (definitions, metadata, access, usage, quality, consistency).
- Lead third-party data/analytics vendor relationships (selection, governance, performance management, value realization).
- Own reporting, analytics, and engagement measurement roadmap with Omnichannel, Field Excellence, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure data availability, integrity, and fitness for use for omnichannel reporting, impact measurement, segmentation, and rapid insight generation.
- Oversee compliant workflows/governance for efficient access to data/analytics assets with relevant partners.
- Drive adoption of MHI business and third-party data; implement data solutions that improve decision-making and business impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred. 8β10 years industry experience in biotech/pharma/healthcare preferred.
- 8+ years experience in data analytics and data strategy required.
- Strong hands-on coding fluency in SQL (e.g., BigQuery, Hue, SQL Assistant).
- Knowledge of cross-digital channels/analytics (digital media, search, social, social listening, online video, websites, mobile apps, data management platforms, programmatic targeting, endemic, paid vs SEO, tagging/data capture).
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving; experience with Analytics/Machine Learning methods.
- Experience on cross-functional teams and initiatives.
