Medical Affairs
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Medical Affairs lead for Medical Review (MLR) of promotional and non-promotional materials.
- Lead Medical content strategy and scientific readiness for launch-critical resources.
- Develop and maintain field-facing medical resources (slide decks, FAQs, competitive resources, objection handling, scientific narratives, disease education).
- Lead scientific readiness for major congresses and clinical data disclosures.
- Partner with Field Medical leadership to develop/improve MSL resources for high-quality HCP exchange.
- Coordinate internal Medical training (disease state, MoA, clinical data, competitive landscape, scientific narratives).
- Monitor TYK2/psoriasis/broader dermatology competitive landscape and inform Medical strategy/content/launch readiness.
- Partner cross-functionally (Scientific Communications, Medical Information, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, Legal) for scientific consistency.
- Translate insights from advisory boards, congresses, MSL interactions into content priorities and evidence gaps.
- Support development/maintenance of launch-ready Medical Affairs infrastructure.
- Represent Medical Affairs on cross-functional launch teams.
Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, NP, or PA).
- Minimum 5 years in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Scientific Communications, or related pharmaceutical functions.
- Experience supporting late-stage development and/or commercial launch.
- Strong understanding of evidence generation, clinical trial interpretation, and scientific communication.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience as Medical Affairs lead for MLR.
- Dermatology and/or immunology product experience.
- Launch-ready content/field/scientific education development.
- Scientific congress planning/execution experience.
- Familiarity with TYK2 inhibitors, psoriasis, autoimmune disease therapeutics.
- Executive presence; strong scientific writing/presentation; project leadership; cross-functional collaboration.
