Responsibilities:
- Lead U.S. launch readiness for a new Multiple Myeloma asset, establishing a cross-functional launch team.
- Set overarching launch strategy; lead through ambiguity using scenario planning for varying timelines.
- Set tone and priorities for scale/scope of accountability.
- Synthesize market research and performance analytics to inform ongoing strategy and innovation.
- Partner with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and other stakeholders to execute integrated launch and promotional initiatives.
- Triangulate market dynamics, stakeholder needs, and business priorities to determine best course of action.
- Influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and develop direct, indirect, and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing (or relevant industry marketing roles); Multiple Myeloma experience strongly preferred.
- Launch experience required.
- Strong independent drive and strategic problem-solving.
- Comfortable working at a fast pace in a dynamic, matrixed organization and through ambiguity.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills; experience working cross-functionally.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing/brand strategies.
- Strong understanding of industry landscape (trends, competition, customer needs).
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and promotional guidelines.
