Director, Marketing – Expert Engagement & Regional Marketing (U.S. Commercial Marketing)

Responsibilities
- Coordinate U.S. expert leader strategy; drive HCP community awareness; lead regional marketing across PAH, PH-ILD, IPF, and PPF.
- Collaborate on scientific leader identification, mapping/tiering, tactical planning, tracking interactions, and insights with Medical, advocacy, and clinical teams.
- Build/maintain U.S. regional expert network; create profiles and facilitate enterprise connections.
- Design, plan, and execute Advisory Boards and Expert Advisory Programs (logistics, agenda, faculty, insight synthesis).
- Translate advisory outputs into actionable insights for Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, and Clinical.
- Lead unbranded awareness initiatives with scientific leaders; partner with corporate communications, advocacy, and medical affairs.
- Identify HCP educational needs; run peer-to-peer programs and major congress presentations.
- Represent commercial at regional congresses; coordinate expert engagements; identify emerging thought leaders.
- Develop compliant regional expert engagement plans; partner with Medical Affairs and Advocacy to ensure consistent messaging.
- Build and mentor the marketing team; model compliance, accountability, and execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree minimum (MBA/advanced degree preferred).
- 8–10+ years pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience; 5+ years U.S. regional marketing/sales and HCP/expert engagement.
- Demonstrated U.S. product launch experience.
- Experience in pulmonary/respiratory/cardiopulmonary/rare disease/specialty markets.
- Strategic execution; cross-functional leadership in matrixed environments.
- Strong analytical skills; comfort using data.
- Experience navigating promotional review and regulatory processes.
- Executive communication; influence without authority; patient-first mindset.

Where you’ll work / travel
- Fully remote; occasional travel; up to 30–50% for congresses, advisory boards, engagements, and meetings.
